You can use TreezSoft to monitor your customer's credit balance in your account. All records will be updated automatically, so will be accurate at any point in time. You can therefore generate reports like customer reports, customer credit balance listing anytime, anywhere.
To view receive payment, navigate through Customer > Receive Payments. Click on the “New Receive Payment” button at the bottom right corner.
To accelerate the searching process for outstanding receive payments, tick on the box next to with outstanding and click on “Retrieve” to confirm and proceed.
For example, I would like to know the total credit available for a customer – Lance. Simply click on the hyperlinked receipt No. that belongs to Lance.
The screenshot above shows the total credit available of Lance for all of the outstanding receive payment excluding the receive payment that currently viewed.
