Users in TreezSoft
Some company have different people involved in different parts of accounting in their company or they have more than one people who will be handling their business' account. Therefore, users function in TreezSoft cloud accounting lets company owners to allow different people to access their account. You can create unlimited users for FREE in TreezSoft. Business owners can customize how they would want each users to access their account. Users includes clerk, admin, accounting staff, salesman, manager, supervisor and many more. You will only need to set up the user once, and TreezSoft system will automatically update your choices. In this blog post, we will let you see how each roles can be managed and customized in TreezSoft.
After setting up users in TreezSoft, you will need to manage the user's role.
To manage users roles, navigate through: Company > Manage users > Manage Users Roles.
By default, we've setup 4 types of users’ roles - Accountant's staff, Client/Business Owner, Client/Business Manager, Client/Business staff.
i. You can delete users by tick on the user to delete and click on the Delete Selected Role(s) button.
ii. You can add a new user role by clicking the New User Role button.
After clicking on the New User Role button, you will be brought to the page below. Follow the steps below to create/edit user's role:
1. Enter the role you wish to create and it's description here.
2. A full list to control how user can access to each type of accounts can be managed from here.
3. Click Save to save the role created.
4. Click on Go To List button to return to previous page.
*Note: It is very important to assign carefully because you may not want to reveal your important information to certain users.
