Users in TreezSoft
TreezSoft cloud accounting allows company owners to create unlimited users to access their accounts for FREE. As you have created more and more users in TreezSoft, it will be more and more difficult to keep track of users activities manually. Therefore, you can track each users' activities through our automatically updated user activity log. All the information including which and what documents are created, edited or deleted will be recorded with timestamp on it. In such way, it will be much easier for business owners to keep track of any activities in TreezSoft
Besides, you can also minimize your search if you have a time frame or targetted users that you would like to view activities from. In such way, you can effectively search all targetted users activities in TreezSoft.
To open user activity log page, navigate through: Company > Manage Users > View User Activity Log.
Users activity log display all the activities done by the user. In this page, you will be able to track who have updated the records, it helps in monitoring your progress as well.
1. Choose the dates that you want the activities log to show and click on Retrieve.
2. Click on the records to view the documents created.
