Journal entry is used to record down every business transaction of your business. To record down the day-to-day transaction might be complicated for a business. You can choose to record them one by one or by bulk using the TreezSoft import function. This is because Treezsoft allows you to simplify the complicated process of recording and equalizing the debit and credit side of the accounting.

To import journal entries in bulk, navigate through General Ledger > Journal Entry.
Click on the "Import Journal Entry" button at the bottom left corner.
A popup (As illustrated below) will be displayed.
- To import data, click on Browse to select the .csv file which you have edited. (Please ensure the exact file is selected otherwise an error message will be prompt.)
- Click on Upload to proceed.
