Step 1: Log in to MyTax

- Visit MyTax Portal.
- Click on "Login" and enter your credentials.
- If you haven’t registered for MyTax, sign up first and complete the necessary verification.
Step 2: Navigate to Business Owner Registration

- After logging in, go to "My Profile" from the main dashboard.
- Select "Business Owner Registration" under the available options.
- Click "Add New Registration."
Step 3: Navigate to Role Application

Step 4: Enter Business Details at Role Application

- Select "New Application."
- Set "Type of Role" to "Business Owner."
- Enter your personal Tax Identification Number (TIN).
- Click "Upload" and attach a copy of your business registration certificate.
- If you don’t have a business registration certificate, upload a copy of your identification card instead.
- Tick the acknowledgment box to confirm the details provided.
- Click "Submit" to complete the application.
- Ensure all details are accurate to avoid processing delays.
Step 5: Verify and Submit

- Double-check the information entered.
- Click "Submit" to send your registration request.
- You will receive a confirmation message on-screen and via email once your application is processed.
Step 5: Approval and Next Steps

- The LHDN system will review your registration.
- Once approved, you will be able to access the e-Invoice module for submissions.
- You can now start issuing e-Invoices for your business.
