Progress invoicing is a type of invoicing method whereby you bill your clients progressively on the percentage of work that has been completed.
Such an invoicing method will help to ensure consistent cash flow in your business, lower risk for customers and increasing team motivation.
Progress invoicing in TreezSoft
TreezSoft progress invoicing is available in TreezSoft as add-on modules. All our clients can subscribe to it by following simple steps outlined below:
1) Login with the your login credentials that was created during when you setup your account in TreezSoft.
2) After loging in to Treezsoft Accounting, click on your login name > Go to Billing.
3) Select My Subscriptions, select the Add-On: Progress Invoicing and click on the “+” button to add the subscription (as shown as the red cicle in screenshot below).
Please note that the subscription fees for progress invoicing is RM30.00/month.
To enable Progress Invoicing please go to Preferences (under the Company module).
Go to: Company > Preferences
Just tick the box () beside Enable Progress Invoicing option as shown below. Then click on save and now you have successfully activated Progress Invoicing module.
