Stock received for your business will need to be recorded in your inventory module to ensure accurate stock balance and allow accurate calculation on cost of goods and your company's profit and loss. When recording your stock receive, remember to enter the accurate price and quantity.
In TreezSoft cloud accounting, our system will automatically update your stock balance (quantity and price) when you issue a supplier invoice using the "stock entry".
In cases where you need to manually record stock received in TreezSoft, simply navigate through: Stock > Stock Received. Click on the “New Stock Received” button at the bottom right corner.

Retrieve - Enter you criteria and click on the “Retrieve” button to search.
Print selected record(s) - Allows you to print multiple orders. Orders are printed in PDF formats where you can send via email or send to your printer.
Delete selected record(s) - Delete a selected record.
Enter the details and click on "Save" to confirm and proceed.

A - You can add the items/services you received. Add line to add additional items/services. Use the Red cross to remove an unwanted item/service.
B - To delete the record.
