Stock Transfer is performed when one would like to transfer their stock from one location to another.
In TreezSoft cloud accounting, your stock transfer activities will automatically be updated in all related accounts and records through our automation and integration system.
You can easily perform and view your stock transfer activities by navigating through: Stock > Stock Transfer.
You will be brought to the page below and the page is explained:
i. Enter your criteria and click on the “Retrieve” button to search.
ii. Click “New Stock Transfer” to record stock transfer.
iii. Print selected record(s) is for you to print only selected record(s).
iv. Click "Delete selected record(s)” to delete a selected record.
v. Print listing allows you to print the full list of fund transferred.
(You can choose to print All Column, or by Date, Stock Transfer No., From Location, To Location, Area, Receiver, Description, Ref. No. or Amount.)
Follow the steps below after clicking on New Stock Transfer.
1. Enter your stocks’ details in this section. Fields marks with asterisk (*) are required fields.
2. You can add the items/services you are to transfer here. Add line to add additional items/services. Use the Red cross to remove an unwanted item/service.
3. Click on Save to save the record.
4. Click on Delete to delete the record.
