How to create Purchase Order (P.O.)?

What is Purchase Order (PO)?

A purchase order is an official document issued by the purchaser to request for goods or services which includes item or service prices. The document includes items or services prices, quality level and delivery date. This document gives authorization to a supplier to deliver the buyer's request according to the agreement. 

Purchase Order in TreezSoft

Creating purchase orders is effortful and time-consuming. TreezSoft cloud accounting has made this process simpler with automation and integration system. 

To create a Purchase Order in TreezSoft, simply navigate through: Supplier > Purchase Order.

The elements in the following page will be explained below:

     i. Enter your criteria and click on the “Retrieve” button to search.

     ii. Click “New Purchase Order” to record a purchase order. 

     iii. “Print selected record(s)” allows you to print multiple orders. Orders are printed in PDF formats where you can send via email or send to your printer. 

     iv. Click "Delete selected record(s)” to delete a selected record.

The steps to create a new purchase order is listed below: 

1. Enter your supplier’s details in this section. Fields marks with asterisk (*) are required fields.
    If your statement is issued under a different currency, you can get the latest rates from Google finance, by clicking the Get rate button.

2. You can add the items/services you had ordered here. Add line to add additional items/services. Use the Red cross to remove an unwanted item/service. 

3. Click on Save to Save the record.

4. To Delete or Cancel or Print or show where your statement is transferred from.
