POS stands for Poinst of Sales system. It is a system where payments were done for goods or services rendered from your company, like the checkout counters in supermarkets.
POS in TreezSoft cloud accounting is an add-on feature that we provide our clients. It is also known as QPOS. QPOS is automatically integrated to our client's account system so that all sales will be automatically recorded in the accounting system. All you need to do is perform a day-end closing procedure in our QPOS system to close the sales of the day.
After performing this procedure, you still will be able to view your sales history. Simply navigate through: History in our QPOS system as shown in screenshot below.
1. Enter the information about the previous sales that you would like to see and click Retrieve.
2. The list of previous sales will be shown here. Click on the hyperlinked Receipt No. to view detail of the sales.
3. Click Print to PDF to print the sales history listing.
