Stock item level
- Manage your list of stock item.
- Show full list of stock item.
- Set up UOM and Price Information (selling price, purchase price, unit cost and default posting accounts).
- Set up Stock Level (Min/Max.Qty, Reorder level/Qty).
To set up Reorder level go to Stock Item (under the Stock module)
Go to: Stock > Manage > Stock Item.
Select the item that you like to setup or create a new item (did not create before)
To create new stock item click on “New Stock Item” ,
To set up/edit existing stock item click on the hyperlinked code.
You will be redirected to the following page:
Key in the level > Save.
Stock Reorder Advice
- View/print reorder advice report.
- Show stock level and provide which are in need of reordering.
- This is based on the levels you specified per stock.
- Able to view/check item summary for Outstanding Sales Order/Purchase Order
To view/print Stock Reorder Advice go to Stock Reorder Advice (under the Stock module)
Go to: Stock > Reports > Stock Reorder Advice.
To check the Stock Reorder Advice click “Retrieve”
To view/check outstanding Sales Order/Purchase Order (include outstanding sales order / purchases order tick 
).
